Anthony Cruz, professionally known as NUANS, is a United States-based electronic music producer and DJ who has earned recognition from leading music institutions, including the Pete Tong DJ Academy and DJ Mag. In 2023, he received a prestigious Future Talent Award, marking a defining moment in his emergence within electronic music.
NUANS brings sophistication and style to his craft. His 2016 debut album, Dream Sequence, blends future house, chill, R&B, and hip-hop, establishing the foundation of his sound. Music from the project has been placed in stores for luxury brands including Gucci, Cole Haan, Louis Vuitton, Burberry, Brooks Brothers, Bloomingdale’s, Coach, and Mercedes-Benz.
In 2019, NUANS emerged as the grand prize winner of Native Instruments’ prestigious For the Music in You global music competition, surpassing more than 4,000 entries from around the world. The achievement affirmed his distinctive musical taste and ability to connect with audiences on a global scale.

Beyond the studio and the booth, NUANS is the creative force behind Decorum Sound, a studio and consultancy operating at the intersection of sound, identity, and brand experience.
Through Decorum Radio, now beyond 360 episodes, he curates an ongoing exploration of Afro, Deep, and Melodic House for a growing international audience.
He is also a driving voice behind So*Bloom, a Global House community event he helped originate. The series helped lay the groundwork for Great Southern Box to embrace house music as a recurring part of its programming.
